G-Sonique has updated Alien 303 acid/bassline synthesiser plug-in to include a native 64-bit version, a free update for owners of the 32-bit version.
Based on the Roland TB303 sound, the Alien 303 reckons to be the ‘ultimate’ synthesiser for creating the psytrance basslines that often elude other synthesizers, as well as generating classic acid synth sounds for genres, including techno, acid house, rave and trance.
While based on the vintage TB303, Alien 303 offers many more features. These include special digital oscillators with precise sound, simulator of unison/chorus or extra effective nonlinear saturator. The Alien 303 can be also used for creating tough acid sounds and melodies.
