Broadcast Solutions UK has appointed JP Delport as MD.
Having joined the company – a subsidiary of Broadcast Solutions, one of Europe’s biggest System Integrators, headquartered in Germany – at the beginning of 2020 as Sales Director, JP Delport will now take the helm as Managing Director in the UK, reporting to the Broadcast Solutions Group management in Germany.
‘We were very happy to have JP join the company earlier this year, and are excited to welcome him as the Managing Director of our UK entity, which was a logical step for us,’ says Stefan Breder, CEO of the Broadcast Solutions Group. ‘JP has extensive experience in the industry and knows the UK market inside out. Delport brings more than 15 years’ experience in the broadcast and communications industry, having held leadership roles at many companies at the forefront of broadcast technology, including DTC, Presteigne Broadcast Hire and Vislink.
Having opened an office in Basingstoke, Hampshire, in 2019, and with Delport appointed as MD, Broadcast Solutions is sharpening its focus on the UK in response to growing demand for products and services. The UK branch of the company with leverage products for broadcast and media companies, with turnkey and future-proof solutions that cover broadcast and media workflows with ease-of-use and to reduced cost.
