French audio equipment manufacturer Digigram has appointed a new management team, with three Senior Executives made Directors.
Florence Marchal is now Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs, having joined Digigram in 2000 and become company CFO. Singapore-based Nancy Diaz Curiel is the new Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications, having previously overseen Asia-Pacific operations including products distribution. Her new role will include the supervision of teams and projects worldwide. VP Sales EMEA/Americas since 2018, Xavier Allanic steps up as Director of operations. A fresh addition to Digigram team of Executives, he will oversee the company’s general operations and supervise R&D projects, as well as customer support and manufacturing.
Jérémie Weber, company CEO since 2017, remains Chairman of Digigram Group. This position now allows him to focus on the Group’s global strategy, oversee investment prospects, growth projects and secure relations with shareholders. ‘I am very pleased that Digigram’s operating capacity is fully deployed with this new organisation, as we engage towards unfolding our vision and perspective for the coming years,’ he says. ‘I have worked in the past with each of [the new management team] and am convinced that Florence, Nancy and Xavier’s bond will flawlessly turn the company’s projects into success stories.
‘Our ambition is to strengthen its position as a key player and expand its structure to become a reference in the audio industry,’ Weber adds. ‘Our target is to deliver Digigram branded solutions acknowledged as the simplest to use and the most reliable on the market, along with Digigram products’ longstanding reputation.’
Digigram currently has 45 employees in France and Singapore, and maintained a fair level of export and domestic activity in 2020 despite a fragile context worldwide due to the pandemic.
