L-Acoustics has appointed Anne Hamlett to the post of Chief People Officer. Joining Chief Executive Officers Hervé Guillaume and Laurent Vaissié, the appointment ‘places the company’s people-centric education and innovation culture at the core of its strategy and future’.

Anne HamlettIn addition to working key strategic topics at the C-level, Hamlett will lead three L-Acoustics divisions – People; Legal, Tax & Compliance and Education & Scientific Outreach. The company expects these teams to ‘cultivate an empowering experience for all employees, strengthen the company’s brand, and create an internal and external education programme that boosts the creativity, employability and resilience of L-Acoustics team members, partners, and end-users’.

With more than 20 years’ experience leading teams at L-Acoustics, Hamlett has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. She holds a postgraduate degree in business law, and previously oversaw contract negotiations for a direct marketing firm and managed human resources for an IP consultancy. Since joining L-Acoustics, she has overseen the recruitment of countless talented individuals and navigated the company through a 30 per cent employee increase that will see the company reach 1,000 team members this year.
