Ken ‘Kengineer’ Skok has been to the post of Sales Manager for the Telos, Omnia Audio, Axia Audio and 25-Seven brands in the Asia-Pacific region.
‘Ken has been to nearly every area of the world under the Telos banner,’ says Telos Alliance CEO Frank Foti. ‘He’s an excellent engineer and a fantastic problem-solver. Asia already represented a large part of his responsibilities over the past two years; now he’ll be able to concentrate all his energies on growing our presence there.’
Skok’s first radio engineering position was with WYKS in Gainesville, Florida – a job he took on while pursuing his degree with the University of Florida. Prior to joining Telos, he was Director of Operations at CircuitWerkes, and has been with the Telos organisation since 2006, first as an applications engineer for the Telos division, then for sister company Axia Audio.
‘The Telos Alliance is investing in its dealer network in the Asia-Pacific region,’ he says. ‘It goes nearly without saying that the opportunity for growth in Asia is tremendous. I’m humbled but very happy that Telos has entrusted me with seeking out those opportunities.’
Along with Asia and the Pacific Rim, Skok’s territory includes Russia. When travelling in the region, Skok will operate from the Telos Alliance’s Beijing offices.
