Duran Audio has recruited Keith Caggiano to its Product Support Group, bringing customer support for North America, and to assist the company’s International Sales & Business Development Managers to further develop business in the region.
Caggiano comes to Duran Audio after a career as a Broadway sound designer, and already has a detailed knowledge of the company’s products. In addition to offering support to sound designers and rental shops, he will also use sound system experience to offer design and commissioning support to Axys Intellivox customers.
‘After working for Duran at InfoComm2013 in Orlando and my training workshop at Duran Audio’s R&D facility in the Netherlands, I appreciate what a wealth of knowledge and potential there is within the organisation,’ he says. ‘Intellivox has long been a strong brand in North America with installations dating back to the mid 1990s, and I am looking forward to working with the Duran team to ensure that we build an even bigger market presence with Intellivox and also introduce more customers to the Axys Sound Reinforcement, Target and ABF products’
