Moving on from Exhibitions Coordinator, Harrison will now have particular responsibility for Calrec’s markets in the Middle East, although he is additionally developing sales in the growing markets of Eastern Europe and Russia.

'While working at exhibitions, I was talking to current and future customers and doing hands-on demos for them,’ he explains. ‘I’ve gradually become familiar with the sales side of things, so it was the obvious next step. Calrec needed somebody dedicated to the Middle East and helping out in Eastern Europe; we are strengthening our focus in both regions as part of our current strategy of continuing improvements in these key markets.’

Harrison is on tour in Eastern Europe and the Middle East during October, and will be representing Calrec at the Cabsat show in Dubai in March.
