After a 12-month liaison with outgoing CEO Antonia Fiaccadori and the company’s management team, Pierpaolo Marziali has been appointed Eighteen Sound CEO. He joins the Italian transducer manufacturer to ‘develop growth strategies and a five-year business plan’.
Marziali gained a Masters Degree in Finance at the Alma Graduate School in Bologna, and has been a member of the Landi Renzo Group since 2008. ‘At Eighteen Sound, I found a challenging environment, with very skilled and passionate colleagues,’ he sdays. ‘Antonia did a great job preparing all of the elements that a company in this high-end sector needs to innovate, develop and market professional audio transducers with exceptional performance. I think that we will continue to be one of the leaders in this highly specialised quadrant of the audio industry: the world of music, my preferred and greatest passion.’

Mrs Fiaccadori remains on the company board of directors as President.
