Yamaha Music Europe has appointed Alex Warren as a new Commercial Audio Sales Representative for the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Warren has worked in professional audio since graduating with a degree in Music & Audio Technology in 2009. Gaining experience in both sales and hands-on technical installation, he has also been proactive in the different pro audio markets and their business models. He combines these achievements with his activities as a gigging musician and enthusiasm for technical production in his new role.
Warren began with Yamaha at the beginning of 2016, and has spent a number of weeks working closely with UK & RoI Sales Manager Terry Murphy, familiarising himself with all aspects of the role.
‘Alex has brought knowledge, experience and enthusiasm, which we believe is the ideal combination for both Yamaha and our customers,’ Murphy says. ‘Having worked with him for several weeks, I know he is an exceptional addition to the team. I look forward to introducing him to our clients in the near future.’
