Centralising its sales and support operations in the US market, Harman Professional has appointed Mark Posgay as Sales Director for the United States. He will be based at the company's Elkhart, Indiana Sales & Support Center and report to Scott Robbins, VP of Sales.

Before joining Harman Professional, Posgay held senior sales positions at Mars Music and more recently at Monster Cable. He has experience supplying strategic and tactical solutions in the areas of management, sales, training and education. He has a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and his strengths include the ability to promote teamwork and staff motivation, providing aggressive growth, accountability, and leadership to an organisation.'I have tremendous respect for Harman Professional’s unique ability to consistently build, integrate and market so many successful, great sounding products,' Posgay says.
