Flux Innovation has struck a partnership with interactive avatar platform Trulience. As the latest addition to Flux’s portfolio, Trulience promises to ‘humanise’ Artificial Intelligence for businesses and industries worldwide.
Trulience is an interactive avatar platform that offers businesses the ability to scale their digital support agents affordably and efficiently by rendering avatars directly in the browser, rather than in the cloud. The platform enables avatars to serve as engaging multilingual assistants, healthcare advisors, tutors, companions and receptionists in corporate environments.
Founded by Marek Zwiefka-Sibley, Trulience aims to make AI more relatable by giving it a face, and even a body. The platform’s avatars are designed to improve customer support experiences, enhance mental health care, and provide personalised education solutions, all through an affordable, scalable, browser-based platform.

To launch the partnership, Flux and Trulience are collaborating on a range of activities, including live demonstrations of the avatars at coming events at the Flux Lounge. Flux will also integrate Trulience’s avatars into its in-house content to showcase the innovative potential of AI-powered avatars.
