Reckoning to transform the modern meeting experience, Shure is to introduce IntelliMix Room Kits for expedient deployment of its Intellimx software-based audio processing in meeting rooms of up to 33ft x 18ft (10m x 5.5m).

Promising class-leading audio and video performance, incredibly easy set-up, and robust security and cloud management, the Windows-based package ensures the accuracy of AI-driven tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot in order to generate accurate transcriptions and summaries, ensure key points and action items are understood, and to identify and attribute talkers in a room.

Set-up uses Zero Touch Provisioning; the audio, video, touchpanel and Windows-based compute device auto-configure out of the box. Users connect up, power up and log in with a Teams Room account or use Windows Autopilot with Autologin for Teams Rooms.

Shure’s powerful DSP comes pre-installed and pre-configured on the Teams Room compute for automatic connection to Shure’s MXA902 Ceiling Array Microphone and Loudspeaker. AI-powered Huddly video cameras feature Huddly Director and Group Framing, automatically framing participants and optimising the video.

To help customers protect their investment and ensure peace of mind, Shure offers an optional three-year extended warranty on top of a standard limited warranty for a total coverage of up to five years. The extended warranty is available for purchase via Shure channel partners.
