Bringing the established Orbital brand into play in the US for the first time, Orbital Sound Inc has opened for business in Springfield, New Jersey.
Under the direction of industry veteran Jim Shearing, Orbital Sound Inc is staffed by a pool of ‘seasoned professionals’, including Jeff Hahn, Lorne Grabe, Luke Lytle and Ray Mancison. As with the successful UK parent company, the US operation will focus on the theatre, live entertainment and corporate event sectors.

‘When Chris Headlam established Orbital Sound in 1993, he set out to do exactly what we now plan to bring to the US market. We plan to combine Orbital’s expertise and well-defined operations with our passion for live technical perfection and customer service here in the US – creating a unique NY theatre shop experience.
