Previously Programmes Manager at Xerox, Blackmore has a background in research and development having worked on Xerox’s multifunction systems, and has a BSC in Computer Science. He also qualified as a Prince2 practitioner with experience in electronics design, software development, systems engineering and project management across the UK, US and Asia.
