Abbey Road Studios has launched its Online Mixing service, allowing music producers ‘the opportunity to have your recording mixed at the world’s most famous recording studios’.
To make use of the service, audio files are uploaded to the studio’s website and an Abbey Road Studios engineer makes a mix using the facilty’s combination of vintage analogue gear and the digital technology.
‘The service offers a more accessible alternative to working personally at Abbey Road Studios, providing musicians all over the world with the engineering excellence that makes us the best in our field.’
Prices are calculated according to the duration of the song and the number of audio multitracks. One mix revision is included as part of the package, and instrumental and vocal only mixes can be provided.
