RCF USA has relocated to larger premises that provide greater warehousing space, as well as accommodating the latest additions to the RCF Group’s US distribution team. As well as RCF’s own lines, RCF USA handles distribution of dBTechnlogies loudspeaker systems.

‘The move has meant we have had to hire new people,’ says company President, Roni Nevo, who in the few months he has headed up the company, has been targeting key areas for development. ‘Customer service is paramount, and our new team has been chosen specifically to provide the highest level of service and help further establish dBTechnologies and RCF in the US market.’

Accounts, customer service and warehouse management staff are among the new recruits, augmenting the company under Nevo’s direction. ‘The RCF Group brands are very strong in Europe and the rest of the world, and we are working towards improving market share in the States as well,’ Nevo adds. ‘Now we are in New Jersey, we have the logistical advantage of being a lot closer to the port.’

To support the new set-up, a US-centric dBTechnologies website is to be launched shortly.
