The Telos Alliance has acquired audio technology developer and manufacturer 25-Seven Systems.

‘Radio broadcasters are the ones who will gain most from our acquisition as we pick up the pace of our innovation,’ says 25-Seven founders Geoff Steadman, who will serve as president of the division. ‘And we can’t imagine being part of a more inspiring like-minded group than the trailblazers at The Telos Alliance.’

Recognised for broadcast products including the Program Delay Manager (PDM) and Audio Time Manager (ATM), the 25-Seven brand will become part of the group, which includes Telos Systems, Omnia Audio, Axia Audio and Linear Acoustic.

‘We’ve been close business friends and collaborators for quite some time,’ says Telos Alliance CEO Frank Foti. ‘Key members of the team will continue with us in a new Telos Alliance division, enhancing their existing products and launching some groundbreaking new technologies in the near future.’

All members of the 25-Seven organisation will continue with the company, including VP of Sales Rick Sawyer, Director of Engineering Barry Blesser, CFO Derek Pilkington and the R&D department. The existing 25-Seven dealer network will continue to serve broadcasters worldwide.

Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
