Dubai-based Extreme Productions has taken a Clear-Com Tempest 2.4GHz wireless intercom and Encore Partlyline system from local distributor, Nicolas Kyvernitis Electronics Enterprises (NMK).
The Tempest System includes a single 2.4GHz CM-244 Master Station, ten CP-242 four-channel belt packs and a CCT-RT antenna. The Encore Partyline includes a PS-704 power supply, a TWC-701 XLR cable adaptor, eight RS-703 wired partyline beltpacks and 19 CC-300 single-ear headsets. The three systems can be used together as a hybrid communication platform or independently as required.
‘One of the reasons we chose the Tempest System is the fact that it operates on the 2.4GHz frequency range,’ says Extreme Productions Technical Director, Vincenzo Testa. ‘This allows us to use the system all over the Middle East without having to worry about licensing or frequency spectrums from country to country.’
Extreme Productions is provider of pro audio, lighting, staging and media servers to the events industry since 1995. In addition to the UAE, the company operates in Jordan, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
‘With the purchase of the Encore Partyline system, Extreme Productions has the option to communicate between the team both wired and wirelessly,’ says Abdul Hadi, HME/Clear-Com Product Specialist at NMK Middle East.
