Green Business Award introduced to UK music biz

Environmental champion Julie's Bicycle and UK publication Music Week have announced the launch of the Julies Bicycle Green Business Award.

To be given in recognition of environmental achievements made by companies working in the UK music industry. This is the first award of its kind and is open to any company operating within the UK music industry.

If your company has introduced successful green initiatives in 2010, this is a new opportunity to raise awareness of your activities and of the importance of ‘green’ issues in the audio industry.

Presentation of the award will be made at The Music Week Awards, taking place at The Roundhouse in London on 24 May 2011.
