ARX Systems has released the Network DI Dante-enabled Network Input Interface, extending the versatility to its portfolio of signal processing products for installation, studio, broadcast and sound reinforcement applications.
Using the Audinate protocol to extract audio from a network and convert it to low-latency analogue audio, the Network DI can be connected to amplifiers or powered speakers, mixing consoles and other analogue audio equipment using standard Ethernet hardware and cabling. Audinate’s Dante digital media networking solution combines software, hardware, and standard TCP/IP protocols which can send many channels of high resolution, uncompressed, low-latency digital media to multiple locations using industry standard 100Mbps or 1Gb Ethernet networks.
‘We feel confident that we are bringing innovative signal processing solutions to market,’ says ARX Managing Director, Colin Park. ‘The addition of a Dante-enabled product is a logical next step to support our production and sound reinforcement customers.’
