CEntrance is aiming its MixerFace R4 Mobile Recording Interface at songwriters, podcasters and video bloggers.
The handheld four-channel device ‘turns a smartphone into a DAW’ for quick and easy capture of musical ideas, remote interviews and field recordings using the smart phone or tablet as a recording medium. The built-in high-quality mic preamps feature true 48V phantom power for recording with microphones requiring it. An internal, long-lasting rechargeable battery serves use in recording, broadcast and live streaming from location. MixerFace R4 also features studio monitor outputs so for use as a recording interface in a project studio.
MixerFace R4 is compatible with most smartphones, tablets and laptops, including Android and Apple iOS, macOS and Windows-based devices. About the footprint of a smartphone, the four-input mobile recording interface is designed to easily make recordings and share digital projects online, all while delivering professional results.
