Marking 25 years of innovation in recording and live sound products, PreSonus has released an Anniversary Edition of its best-selling AudioBox USB 96 audio interface – targeting use by singer/songwriters and podcasters, and in live streaming and guitar/guitar-bass collaborations
Bus-powered and built to travel, the AudioBox USB 96 2-input/2-output audio interface supports up to 96kHz at 24-bits, and offers two front-panel combo mic/instrument inputs with class-A microphone preamps. A mix control determines the level between the input signal and computer playback, without signal delays. There are also a pair of balanced line-level outputs; an ultra-loud headphone output; and Midi I/O. A heavy-duty steel chassis, protects the AudioBox USB 96 against use on the road.
As a companion for any recording software, the AudioBox USB 96 Anniversary Edition comes with the new Studio One Artist v5 recording and production software, and the latest version of PreSonus’ Studio Magic Suite for a complete recording solution.
PreSonus also has updated two of its recording solutions with the AudioBox USB 96 25th Anniversary Edition interface. The updated AudioBox 96 Studio Bundle 25th Anniversary Edition mates the new interface with Studio One Artist, HD7 headphones, an M7 large-diaphragm condenser microphone, a desktop tripod mic stand and cables. The AudioBox Studio Ultimate Bundle 25th Anniversary Edition adds a pair of Eris E3.5 studio monitors to the AudioBox 96 Studio Bundle 25th Anniversary Edition to provide a complete recording and listening set-up.
The new interface and recording bundles are available immediately with anticipated US street prices of AudioBox USB 96 25th Anniversary Edition US$99.95; AudioBox 96 Studio Bundle 25th Anniversary Edition US$209.95; AudioBox Studio Ultimate Bundle 25th Anniversary Edition US$309.95.
