ARX Systems i-Switch Sub

ARX Systems i-Switch SubARX Systems has added the new i-Switch Sub to its Reference Series of signal processors.

According to Australian manufacturer, the i-Switch Sub is ‘a unique precision piece of test equipment’, that allows a choice of two programme sources to be individually sent to up to 12 stereo pairs of powered loudspeakers and a choice of four mono powered subwoofers

The i-Switch Sub allows instantaneous comparisons of complete powered loudspeaker systems making it ideal for demonstration or batch testing applications precluding the requirement for re-patching mid-demonstration or testing.

The unit’s features include: a front panel Mute All switch and associated flashing Red LED to enable muting of all audio when answering questions or discussing comparisons and results without losing level settings; a front panel Mini Jack (3.5mm) input allowing easy connection of ‘i-everythings’ and other portable media devices; and high headroom, ultra low distortion and low noise performance.

All rear panel 6.5mm jack inputs and outputs are electronically balanced.
