Waves and DiGiCo have expanded the DiGiGrid line of audio interfaces with DiGiGrid iOS, an audio interface with a built-in SoundGrid DSP server for plug-in processing.

DiGiGrid iOS features eight mic/line inputs with broadcast/studio-quality preamps; eight line outputs; two headphone outputs; and Midi, SPDIF and AES inputs and outputs for native DAW users (Logic, Cubase, Nuendo, Ableton, Pro Tools Native), and is ideal for both professional and personal production studios.

DiGiGrid iOS comes with complete SoundGrid Studio System software (the SoundGrid Studio Application, StudioRack, and the eMotion ST mixer). Used in combination with this software, DiGiGrid iOS supports mixing and monitoring in real time, using SoundGrid-compatible Waves and third-party plug-ins, with latency of 0.8ms.

A single Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable can be used to connect additional SoundGrid components to a network via the built-in network switch.
