Alto Professional has announced the Uber FX2, claiming ‘a new evolution in portable sound systems’.
Building on the earlier Uber FX, the battery-powered portable Uber FX2 PA combo delivers a 320° sound field for indoor and outdoor events, whether a live performance or a backyard gathering.
Uber FX2 stands out with its advanced five-speaker system, including an 8-inch woofer, stereo tweeters and side-firing drivers, delivering 200W of sound. This design ensures full-range audio that envelops an audience in settings, including outdoor events and private gatherings, providing comprehensive audio support wherever needed.
With battery life of up to 100 hours, the Uber FX2 promises uninterrupted audio performance. Equipped with wheels and a telescoping handle, the unit is designed for mobility, making it convenient to use on the go. Bluetooth 5.0 technology facilitates streaming from almost any device, while integration with the Alto mobile app provides additional control over pairing, EQ and volume settings for remotely balancing a mix.
The Uber FX2 sports several ‘intelligent features’ – its dual USB ports enable charging at any location, and a built-in storage compartment for storing keys and other personal items. A built-in bottle opener and front LED lights are also included for convenience. Musicians are served by an integrated two-channel mixer with EQ and effects, making live performances rich and dynamic.
