Neyrinck has introduced V-Control Pro v2.9, which connects its D-Command surfaces to Pro Tools Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase/Nuendo, PreSonus Studio One and Universal Audio Luna, as well as supporting Midi control. The original ‘blue’ Digidesign D-Command and Avid D-Command ES are supported in eight and 24-fader configurations.
D-Command is a professional, powerful audio control surface with touch-sensitive faders, touch-sensitive encoders and dedicated sections for EQ and dynamics. Until now, however, D-Command was only compatible with Pro Tools Ultimate software.
After a period of Research & Development, Neyrinck has implemented Ethernet protocol and integrated it with V-Control Pro, which supports modern DAWs and other media applications. V-Control Pro also offers a Madi Mode which allows D-Command to be mapped to any Midi application featuring custom mapping.
