Audio-Technica has announced the ATW-DA49a UHF active unity-gain diversity wide band (470MHZ-990MHz) antenna distribution system.
The ATW-DA49a enables one pair of antennae to feed multiple wireless systems – one ATW-DA49a unit is able to support up to four wireless receiver chains. It provides 250mA/12V DC antenna power to drive active components including the new ATW-A410P active broadband antenna for ceiling and wall mount, also being unveiled at Prolight+Sound.
The ATW-A410P’s housing not only allows for unobtrusive installation, but also contains a versatile broadband antenna and a four level RF signal amplifier to compensate cable losses.
‘Both the ATW-DA49a and the ATW-A410P – which can also be used with Audio-Technica’s 2000 Series and AT One wireless systems – have been developed to the highest specification levels to guarantee stable operation of large-scale wireless installations in an increasingly demanding RF environment,’ the company says.
