Saramonic has launched its BlinkMe Dual-channel Wireless Microphone System, boasting a touchscreen interface, customisable features, onboard recording, safety track, magnetic attachment, and a patented charging dock design.

BlinkMe Dual-channel Wireless Microphone SystemWith a full touchscreen interface for both the transmitter and receiver, the BlinkMe wireless mic system offers easy access to all operations during recording. Users can customise button functions, UI and wallpaper of the transmitter through the Saramonic App. In addition, a colour 360° viewable screen displays essential information and parameters from any vantage point.

The BlinkMe's 2.4GHz wireless transmission technology reliable and steady audio, even in environments with high levels of RF activity. Further, with onboard recording, BlinkMe provides ample storage for 15 hours of 48kHz, 24-bit audio, preventing frame drop, data loss and other associated issues. It also provides a secondary audio safety track that records as a backup at a volume of -6dB, thereby ensuring the preservation of high-quality audio in case of unexpected technical difficulties, such as distortion or clipping. Additionally, BlinkMe comes with two transmitters, each of which boasts a 6mm high-end omnidirectional mic for multi-person interviews or small-scale studio operations.

The BlinkMe system claims ultra-long battery life, with nine hours of battery life from the transmitters, 24 hours from the receiver, and the receiver can extend another four-and-a-half hours of battery life for each transmitter automatically. Using a patented design, the receiver also doubles as a charging dock, making it easy to keep the system powered up on the go. The magnetic attachment allows seamless accessory changes and offers different usage methods.

BlinkMe features flexible mono and stereo functions, allowing recordings to be made separately via each channel, or channels to be combined for flexibility in postproduction. One-click noise reduction and and playback monitoring are also supported. The receiver allows simultaneous recording of two different devices for livestreaming.
