OB systems specialist Broadcast Solutions GmbH has acquired German systems solutions provider, Media Online GmbH.

After more than 22 years’ independent operation, Media Online and MD Marcus Weyrauch will become an autonomous operation within the Broadcast Solutions Group. In addition, Marcus Weyrauch joins Media Online as a consultant.

‘I am very much looking forward to continuing working with Media Online and to contributing to the company’s future success offering my experience and ideas,’ says. ‘I will support the two authorised officers Jens Hoppe and Martin Schwöri as well as managing director of the Broadcast Solutions Group, Stefan Breder.’

Media Online distributes, installs, supervises, trains and supports the systems and applications of well-known brands, including Avid, MOG Technologies, GB Labs, EVS, Rohde & Schwarz, Imagine Communications and Marquis Broadcast. The company offers complete consulting and systems, seminars and training as well as service and support.
