Yamaha has appointed UK sound and lighting installer/reseller Stage Electrics as a Premium Partner, adding the flagship Rivage PM digital mixing systems to the company’s product portfolio.

Stage Electrics Sales Director Anna Western and Yamaha Commercial Audio UK’s Hans MetgerStage Electrics works with many leading theatres in the UK, as well as schools, houses of worship and civic buildings. The company has been an authorised Yamaha dealer for more than 30 years: ‘We are delighted to have been chosen as a Yamaha Premium Partner,’ says Sales Director, Anna Western. ‘Throughout our time as a Yamaha dealer, we’ve sold the full range of digital and analogue consoles, amplifiers and speakers. In the past few years our audio solutions business has seen significant growth, so stepping up to Premium Partner status was the natural next step for our relationship.’

Stage Electrics has invested in a Rivage PM10 system for customer demonstrations nationwide, with the company’s Neal Tomlinson specially appointed as product champion for the full Yamaha Commercial Audio range.

‘Neal has a lot of experience as a product manager for audio systems, so he was the obvious choice to represent Yamaha on our behalf,’ Western says. ‘Yamaha has provided him with in-depth training on all of its systems to provide the best advice and support to our customers on the company’s professional audio ranges.’

‘We are very pleased that Stage Electrics has stepped up to Premium Partner status,’ adds Yamaha Commercial Audio UK’s Hans Metger. ‘The Rivage PM10 system is ideal for the theatre market, with the compact CS-R10-S control surface minimising seat kill and its power, flexibility and audio quality complemented by features like Theatre Mode, DaNSe noise suppression and Dan Dugan automixing.

‘We have enjoyed a very long, successful relationship with Stage Electrics and look forward to working together for many more years to improve the choice and quality of audio solutions for its customers.’
