LEA Professional has appointed John Dodson ProCon AV as its sales representative for Middle East territories, including Egypt, Turkey and Israel to support demand for its cloud-enabled amplifier technology.
Industry veteran John Dodson has worked in the audiovisual field for more than 35 years, having held positions in retail and distribution with numerous well-established commercial manufacturers.
‘When adding a new brand to our portfolio I look for products which have demonstrable benefits, and LEA Professional certainly has so many of those,’ he says. ‘LEA isn’t just another amplifier brand but instead has developed a series of really intelligent products designed for superior audio installations.’
LEA Professional was one of the first in the industry to create a Cloud Platform that allows control and monitoring functionality. This provides systems integrators with reliable and secure remote monitoring and control capabilities for LEA’s line-up of IoT-enabled amplifiers.
The cloud platform makes it possible for integrators to remotely access critical operational data points that are integral to maintaining system health, allowing global teams to respond to the needs of their customers from any location with immediate, around-the-clock support. Cloud accessibility provides a unique opportunity for new recurring revenue streams for integrators to add to their service contracts.
