NMK has been made Clear-Com’s official service partner for all market segments across the Middle East.

Already the regional distributor of Clear-Com for the live sound market, NMK has invested in service training in Germany, servicing equipment and spare parts, and is now fully ready to support all Clear-Com products in the region.

NMK claims ‘significant inroads’ in developing Clear’Com presence in the Middle East live sound market as well as industrial segments such as the marine and military markets. These include sales to end-users and integrators for both wired and wireless intercom products from the product ranges – Encore, Eclipse, FreeSpeak and Tempest.

‘Over the past few months we have sold a number of Tempest systems, including wired systems to rental companies such as Sharp Eye Production, Mediakraft and the Dubai World Trade Center of sizeable quantities,’ Amrith Verghese, ClearCom Product Specialist at NMK, confirms.

‘We wanted to make sure that we can support these customers, so the management made the decision to invest in Clear-Com’s programme to become a certified service centre,’ adds NMK Business Development Manager, Chicco Hiranandani. ‘We are now happy to announce that we are the only official ClearCom Service Partner in the Middle East.”
