Loud Technologies plans to strengthen its EAW and Mackie brands in India, following a recent reception in Mumbai.
Key to the company’s aggressive growth plans are the appointment two new distribution partners – Bangalore-based E&E Systems India, who will handle exclusive country-wide distribution for the Mackie brand, and Mumbai-based Vardhaman, who will handle exclusive country-wide EAW distribution.
E&E and Vardhaman join Musik City, the exclusive Ampeg distributor, to complete Loud’s sales force in the rapidly growing India market.
‘The India market is every bit as dynamic as the country’s rich musical culture and requires both innovative products and world-class service,’ says Loud CEO, Mark Graham. ‘We are honored to add E&E and Vardhaman to our Indian market team, and know they will invest significant time and effort in sales, service, spares and support. Over the coming months Loud will add additional in-market resources, including a Country Manager and a technical and service lead.’
On hand for the announcements were (pictured, left-to-right) Alex Nelson, President/General Manager for Ampeg & Mackie; Dhruv Datta, Sales Director at E&E Systems India; Davwinder Sheena, Loud Managing Director, APAC; Krishna Hegde, Sales Director for Vardhaman; Mark Graham, Loud CEO; Dinesh Mandot, CEO for Vardhaman; S Gopinathan (‘Poncho’), Executive Director at E&E Systems India; Jeff Rocha, President/General Manager for EAW; and Adrian Bell, Loud SVP of Market Development.
