Extending its reach into Nigeria, Spanish sound reinfirecement systems manufacturer VMB has named Home Front Technology as its local distributor. The West African company has already taken stock of VMB ADP Series loudspeaker cabinets and Lynx line array systems, as well as the company’s lifters.
One of Home Front’s first jobs was to welcome Nigeria’s new president, Goodluck Johnson, on a visit to Akwa Ibom State.
VMB has expanded in to the African market in recent years with Line Array in Morocco, Angola, South Africa and now Nigeria. ‘We have been following VMB for some time now, and really like the product they have been introducing,’ says Home Front Technology’s Segun Adekola. ‘The systems sound so good and we are sure that soon the Line Arrays especially will be a formidable part of the Nigerian and African entertainment market.’
