Revolabs has opened a new sales and support office in Europe, to provide more convenient pre- and post-sales support for EMEA and Asia-Pacific customers, reducing response times.
‘In the past few years, Revolabs’ client base has grown dramatically, with more multinational organisations investing in our technology for their high-profile meeting environments,’ says Revolabs COO, Marc Cremer. ‘The addition of a new office in Europe strengthens the company’s support infrastructure to meet the needs and expectations of our valued customers. With our US office, we can now offer nearly round-the-clock support globally.’
Revolabs is able to service 80 per cent of its European client base in person, as technicians can quickly travel to the key capital cities in the region. For Asia-Pacific customers, the availability of European and US offices provides access to the company’s telephone support. The new office facility features a video conference demonstration link, which allows Revolabs’ partners and customers to dial into and hear the far-end quality of the HD microphones for video and audio conferencing.
Additionally, Revolabs’ Chinese website is now live to support the company’s Chinese-speaking customers.
