Following the opening of the Authorised Harman Service Centre (AHSC), in New Delhi in December 2012, Harman Pro India has furthered its focus on servicing with an extension to its service support in Northern India.
‘New Delhi and the surrounding regions ( NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh) are among the key markets for professional sound,’ says David McKinney, Senior Director of India Operations. ‘We look forward to growing our service network with Ganesh Kumar, Harman’s Service Manager and support from the AHSCs. Further expansion of the service centre in Eastern region is also a focus in the near future.’
Comcon (India) has been appointed as the Authorised Harman Service centre for the Northern region. The centre is located in Sukhdev Vihar, Delhi, with easy access to the customer base.
‘The centre will function as comprehensive service provider for better customer experience during after sales support of Harman Professional products for both walk-in and on-site customers,’ says Harman Professional India Service Manager, Ganesh Kumar. ‘In addition, we have a service engineer from Harman India to ensure coordination and synergy within the service centre network. The service personnel at Comcon will be trained by technical staff and specialists from Harman.
Harman India has been operating a company owned Service Centre in Bangalore since 2011. This centre will continue to providing service and customer support for the Southern region and will offer technical repair support for all the AHSCs in terms of troubleshooting, component level repair and spare part supplies.
