After the success of events in the US and Portugal earlier in the year, the Ableton & Novation Live Beats series is moving its attention to Europe – with 14 events across eight countries lined up for September.
The Live Beats events are designed for attendees of all skill levels, allowing them to discover more about using Ableton Live and Novation hardware. Demonstrator Thavius Beck will focus on the hands-on music-making potential of Live & Launchpad, and will also showing other Novation hardware and demonstrate how Automap can be used to add to Ableton Live sessions.
Each event will see Thavius and local Ableton and Novation demonstrators on-hand to answer questions and ‘offer tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your software and hardware’.
There will also be a chance to win a Novation Launchpad and Ableton Live 8 at each Live Beats event.
The tour begins on 7 September with two dates in the UK before moving to The Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Sweden and Norway. Full details are availble at the Live Beats webpage.
