With striking interior design by Goev Studio, Razgrad’s Soho Club promises adventures in both sight and sound to Bulgarian clubbers. Playing music that is soft during daytime, and ‘challenging and edgy’ after dark, the club functions as both coffee and food bar, and full-on nightclub – and has a sound system to fit.
Martin Audio’s premium architectural AQ system serves a varied and tight schedule of events. This programme varies depending on the climate – as the weather grows warmer, Soho offers a summer garden (with children’s corner) while DJs maintain a high-level energy inside, interspersed with thematic evenings.
‘I knew of Martin Audio systems and their contribution to the evolution of club life, with a number of world famous nightclubs using the brand,’ says club owner, Marian Kirilov. ‘I contacted their representatives in Bulgaria [distributors, Imperia AV], who made the best suggestion to suit our purposes. We liked the fact that their proposal for the system, in addition to the pure sound quality, also infallibly solves all complex issues in the interior design.’
Reinforcing the dance music are the latest-generation products, including four two-way AQ8 speakers, four AQ112 subwoofers and two C115 surface-mount speakers, under the management of the dedicated AQX system controller. Ensuring the system is fully optimised, Martin Audio MA3.0 and MA1.4 digital amplifiers have been assigned to drive the system.
The combination of comfort, sound and spectacular lighting has placed the venue among the most visited new club destinations in Bulgaria.
