Entitled Sound with Pictures – Time is of the Essence, the Reproduced Sound 2016 conference is to take place from 15-17 November in Southampton. In preparation, it has put out a Call for Papers.
Inviting submissions on topics including Cinema Sound, Live Sound, Audio System Design, Case Studies, Environmental Noise Control of Events, Audio/Visual Timing, Intelligibility, Measurement & Evaluation, Loudspeakers and Microphones, and Acoustics of Venues, the conference will focus on all aspects of electroacoustics for cinema, TV and the internet. Offers of papers on any electroacoustics topic will be considered for the programme.
Abstracts of 150 words plus a short biography of up to 150 words should be sent to Linda Cantyby 20 May 2016. Final written papers for the proceedings must be submitted by 30 September.
The event is organised by the Electroacoustics Group of the Institute of Acoustics in collaboration with ABTT, AES, APRS &and ISCE.
