German digital audio and networked audio solutions specialist DirectOut Technologies has recently struck an agreement with KDMC to become a distribution partner for Denmark.
The cooperation is based on a longstanding and close relationship with KDMC owner, Kim Johansen. DirectOut CEO and Sales Manager Jan Ehrlich is pleased with the new business partnership: ‘Kim Johansen has already worked with us for more than six years, from when he was with Soundware. During that time, he was committed to our brand and products.
‘As an extremely experienced and professional working audio engineer, he is highly respected by the industry and his clients. Doing business with Kim means that we can be confident that the client is covered perfectly in a qualified way.’
Johansen has been involved in large A/V and broadcast projects as product manager and system designer for the past ten years. For 28 years, he has also worked as FOH mix engineer for numerous bands and projects – and is still touring.
‘The products are a perfect match for my costumers, who expect equipment at the highest quality and reliability,’ Johansen says. ‘This, combined with the growing number of products you cannot live without, makes DirectOut a valuable piece in almost any audio puzzle, from broadcast to live sound.
‘KDMC strives to have a high knowledge of the products and technologies they distribute and support, rather then having a high number of products in the portfolio. Being able to add value to the costumer, by helping to design the correct solution, is very important to KDMC. Service and support are equally as important.’
