German intercom and commentary system specialist Delec has introduced unito, a set of task-specific, powerful tools that will integrate conventional audio devices into Dante-dased digital networks.
The Delec unito series comprises the ultra-compact Dio (Dante Input Output), offering a variety of interface and conversion options, and three Nio units, offering conversion of Dante to analogue and digital AES3 inputs and outputs. The Nio interfaces offer between eight and 16 AES, and 12 or 24 analogue, inputs and outputs, and use RJ45 for high-density, easy-to-use connections. The two larger Nio units also include redundant power supplies. The unito NAM Dante networked speaker amplifiers are intended for use in paging and public address systems, providing modern-day replacements for traditional 100V PA systems by using network connections and switches.
All unito products include two Ethernet ports to allow redundant network infrastructure or daisy-chain wiring to reduce the cost of installation while their compact design makes them equally economical with space.
Along with oratis intercom, oratis commentary systems and oratis compact intercom, the Delec unito ranges are available in the UK from Aspen Media.
