With a user-rotatable horn offering 120° x 40° or 40° x 120° HF coverage, Nexo’s ID24 claims ‘unparalleled flexibility’ in the world of compact sound reinforcement and permanent installation.

Measuring 309mm wide, 132mm high and 233mm front to back, the ID24 can be used as part of a full-range system or as a dedicated ‘sound beaming’ unit in acoustically difficult spaces.

The ID Series currently comprises the ID24 full-range compact speaker, loaded with twin 4-inch drivers in a V formation in combination with an HF compression driver offering two preset directivity options. Complementing the ID24 are two low-profile powerful subs, ID S110 (1x10-inch) and ID S210 (2x10-inch).

Nexo has designated three model variants: the ID24i for installation, the ID24t for touring and A/V applications and the ID24c version which allows the customer to custom-configure the speaker to match precise requirements.

The module can be mounted horizontally or vertically, and, using the correct accessories, can be deployed as an under-balcony reinforcement module. In live performance situations, the ID24 can pole-mount or clip onto truss. A purpose-designed accessory allows it to be precisely angled for stage front-fill applications. ID24 can even be used as a wedge monitor, when mounted upright in the horizontal plane.
