Limited to a run of 2,000 sets worldwide, Aston Mics has launched a limited edition black version of its Origin microphone studio set.

According to the company, ‘The new Aston Origin Black Bundle pairs a rock ’n’ roll black version of Aston’s game-changing LDC microphone, the Origin, with the best-in-class Aston Swiftshield pop filter and shock mount set – everything you need for professional grade recordings of vocals, instruments and pretty much anything else you can throw at it.’

Developed with the involvement of professional artists, engineers and producers and using high-specification PCB and components, the Aston Origin is a studio condenser microphone with a 20Hz-20kHz frequency response. It features Wave-form mesh head shock absorption for capsule protection and direct-to-stand mounting.

The limited edition package contains a single Aston Origin condenser microphone, and an Aston Swiftshield premium shockmount and pop filter set.
