Arturia has released Rev LX-24 digital reverb plug-in, a reworking of Lexicon’s 244 supported by a modern features.
The default GUI replicates the classic cream-colored box of the hardware, complete with faders and clicky buttons that access the original parameters, including delay, bass offset, crossover point, damping, pre-delay time, distance and mix. The Advanced View offers a modern-looking interactive GUI, as well as providing access to a range of newly added parameters.

The Advanced view gives access to new features that expand on those of the original – an interactive visualiser provides click-and-drag editing and offers up additional ducking, gating and tremolo dynamics. Three converter emulations are available – 12-bit and 24-bit and Modern option that represents better performance with extended high-frequency response.
Rev LX-24 comes with a preset library of 100 sounds that are tailored for vocals, drums, synths and guitars, as well as abstract settings for sound designer.
Rev LX-24 is supported on PCs running Windows 10 and above, and Macs running macOS 10.13 and higher. VST, VST3, AAX and AU versions are available, and the plug-in also features NKS support, allowing for advanced integration with Native Instruments’ range of hardware controllers.
Rev LX-24 is shipping now at an introductory price of €69 until 23 April 2023.
