JoeMeek has announced its first 500-Series units in the meQ Meequaliser, preQ Preamplifier and meC Compressor.
The Meequaliser is a four-band parametric EQ, with switchable wide/narrow bell on the high-mid and low-mid bands, and bell and shelf modes on the high-frequency and low-frequency bands. The Preamplifier includes a de-esser and a high-Z input on the front panel. The compressor, meanwhile, can be linked to another meC via a 6.5mm TRS jack on the front for stereo operation.
Meequaliser features:
· HF (1.2kHz-20kHz, ±15dB) with shelf/bell switch
· HM (600Hz-10kHz, ±15dB) with wide/narrow switch
· LM (120Hz-2kHz, ±15dB) with wide/narrow switch
· LF (40Hz-650Hz, ±15dB) with shelf/bell switch
· Peak LED indicates 6dB signal level
