Audient has released Oria Control V1.2 software, expanding the remote control options of the company’s immersive audio interface and monitor controller. New and existing Oria customers can now use Elgato Stream Deck and Avid EuCon to control their units, in addition to iPad Control.
‘Audient is committed to continuously improving the user experience,’ says Audient’s Andrew Allen. ‘Adding support for Stream Deck and EuCon protocols ensures flexible, remote operation for even more Oria users, offering customers already invested in the Avid and Elgato ecosystems a streamlined way to control Oria from their desktop.’
The new software supports control of everything from Oria’s levels, toggling output mute and dim, auditioning loudspeaker groups, switching calibration profiles and viewing real-time metering to be managed via the preferred desktop.
An additional feature V1.2 Oria Control offers is the ability to back up Oria Calibration Profiles locally. ‘This is a powerful feature, particularly useful in larger facilities where settings are easily tampered with,’ Allen says. ‘As ever, Audient continues to build on our promise of delivering ongoing customer value.’
The Oria Control V1.2 software update is entirely free and available immediately from the Audient website.
